The plan seemed simple: find a tutorial for Fruit Ninja, swap in some media plates, and—bada boom, bada bing—there’s our lab game! The gods of game development seemed to smile upon me… until they didn’t.

This is the part of the story where Hagrid shows up with, “You’re a wizard, Harry,” or Obi-Wan swoops in to save Luke from the Tusken Raiders. Everything changes, and the real journey begins.
